Prospective students are accepted to GAU via the means of national examination. Students willing to enroll must indicate the relevant code for the BA program at GAU at the top of the list of their desired universities.
In the current academic year, GAU allows the entrant students to choose the fourth elective UNE subject, in addition to three fixed subjects (Georgian Language and Literature, General Skills and Foreign Language).
A chance to enroll in GAU is given to the students who get a satisfactory score in the national exams.
